The colors that food manufacturers add in serve only to trick human consumers into believing that their foods are fresh or healthy. The fact is our bodies naturally yearn for foods that are saturated with color such as berries and so the body develops this wisdom to go after foods that have deep rich saturated colors. It is no surprise that most of the food companies use colors that are rich and deep such as yellow, red, or orange, or blue. Be cautious of foods that are not natural and contain rich colors. Usually these foods got their color by way of human engineering and these chemicals are innately harmful to our health.
