Do you have problems waking up in the morning? Do you find yourself dozing off in class or in work? It seems as if we sacrifice sleep in order to deal with our everyday trials and tribulations of a thing called life. Even if you designate what seems to be a solid amount of time for sleep, your body might think otherwise. If you have trouble getting up for the day, or if you find yourself losing focus or even dozing off in the middle of the day, odds are that sleep has not been on your side. Our body needs a plentiful amount of sleep, even if it simply feels like a waste of time.
