For people suffering from allergies, this time of the year is not the most pleasant. People with allergies have this problem where their body overreacts to certain things that normally don’t cause problems for most people. Right now the most talked about seasonal allergies where people have bad reactions to pollens from the trees, grass and weeds that are suddenly making their appearance as we switch from the colder winter season to the warmer spring season. Although seasonal allergies are the hot topic of allergens right not, they aren’t the only ones. People also have reactions to other allergens as well; the most common allergens besides pollen include mold, animal dander and dust. Fortunately, as annoying allergies may be they are both avoidable and treatable.
