Are you having trouble motivating yourself to work out? exercisDo you often find yourself creating a slue of excuses as to why you should exercise later? Well, by coming up with these excuses you are doing your body an injustice. Just as college freshman learn that they have to take responsibility for themselves when it comes to their duties as a student, we too must learn to take responsibility of our bodies. By coming up with these excuses you aren't hurting anybody but yourself. Thousands, possibly millions, of people in America are also suffering with lack of motivation to exercise, but in actuality it doesn't have to be a dreadful chore. In fact, it can be a highlight of your day, all you have to do is find the right motivators. Try giving these tips a try and see if they help motivate you to get up and work out.

Do something you enjoy

There's nothing worse than doing something you don't want to do or have no interest in. It's a known fact that people who have to do things they don't like normally find it harder to get through that task. So why do the same thing with exercising, because that sure won't motivate you to do it again. Just because you're exercising doesn't mean you have to follow some of the more common ways to get active like using exercise machines. Maybe you like to ride bikes, play tennis, roller blade, run, power walk, play baseball, walk, play soccer, jump rope, do gymnastics, or whatever else you can think of, the options are endless! With all these options chose something that would actually make you want to get up and get moving.
