Recently I have been taking Whey Protein after every workout. There are many benefits with taking whey protein but you have to make sure you are taking the right one too. Often Whey Protein shakes have a lot of sugar and fat to hide the taste. You should try to find a powder whey protein that is low in sugar and low in far that you can add to skim milk. I use Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard Double Chocolate flavor. It packs 24 grams of protein in a scoop and only 1.5 grams of fat. What protein supplements does everyone else us on here if any? Do you use powder usually, how often do you take it?

Got a ringing in your ear? Tinnitus is on the rise.

Tinnitus, Latin for jingle, is the ringing or buzzing sound many people hear, sometimes non stop. I've had it since I was a child and suffered hearing loss in my left ear from a bout with the measles. (This was in 1956 before the vaccine was available.) Too much coffee will make it worse. And there is not much I can do about it except deal with it. Anyone who has similar phantom sounds in their head, feel free to join in.
