Swine Flu

Swine Flu

Swine flu, also known as 2009 H1N1 type A influenza, is a human disease. People get the disease not from pigs, but humans. The disease was originally nicknamed swine flu because the it came to humans from pigs. The H1N1 viruses have been in circulation for many years and in 2009 a new break out occurred sending the country in a state of panicked frenzy. People rushed out to get the H1N1 vaccine not caring that every vaccine has it's side effects. People need to realize that there are many cases proving just how dangerous this vaccine can be.

Whey Protein

Whey Protein

Recently I have been taking Whey Protein after every workout. There are many benefits with taking whey protein but you have to make sure you are taking the right one too. Often Whey Protein shakes have a lot of sugar and fat to hide the taste. You should try to find a powder whey protein that is low in sugar and low in far that you can add to skim milk. I use Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard Double Chocolate flavor. It packs 24 grams of protein in a scoop and only 1.5 grams of fat. What protein supplements does everyone else us on here if any? Do you use powder usually, how often do you take it?
